What's next?

For now I have laid my novelist pen aside. I was writing and teaching God’s Word forty plus years before God led me to write my first novel. I never dreamed I would write any fictional stories. Now that I have finished the last book in that series of novels, I really don’t know if I will ever write another novel. The only thing I am sure of is that I will continue to teach and write books based on God’s Word. I have taught many courses in many churches over the last 35 years on cults, occults, and angels. Those attending the courses on angels have encouraged me to write a book on that subject. I have read a great number of the books published, over the last thirty plus years on the subject, but none seem to fully cover all the Bible has to teach us on the subject. We have many traditions and few if any doctrines concerning angels in our churches. Why? I will answer that and many other questions on angels in my new book. Angels play a very important part in the battle, both seen and unseen, in our lives. We will be living among them for eternity, so should we not know what God’s tells us about their ministry here on earth. We pray in the prayer that the Lord gave His disciples “Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven”. One way His will is done on earth is through His heavenly helpers, angels. The book’s title is “Angels, God’s Heavenly Helpers”. Donna and I have been touched many times in our lives by angels. I’m sure many of you have experience miracles in your life and wondered, “How did God do that?” Many believers have been visited by angels and are totally unaware of their angelic ministry, but others of us are sure we have been touched by angels. My interest in angels was simulated by just such a visitation share by a past pastor of mine, which I will share in this book. If you have been touched by angels in your life and would like to share with me and other believers your experience, email your story and I will consider using your testimony in my book with your permission.            An effort was made to stay true to scriptural teachings and not get into denominational differences. Remember that regardless of what denomination we belong to we are all one in Christ. "There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all."(Eph. 4:4-6)  We all have accepted the free gift of salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord. Praise be to God!

This book does not replace a new members class. It starts the the new Christian on a daily bible study and self application of God's word, introduces them to a new vocabulary, and encourages scripture memorization.
